Account

• Reset your password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link.
• Log out: on iPhone, tap the orange orb in the top-left of the Terminal tab, then "Log out". On desktop, use the account menu.
• Delete your account: tap the orange orb in the top-left of the Terminal tab, then "Delete account". This permanently erases your profile, watchlist, saved research and vault documents. It cannot be undone.
• Export your data: email us and we will provide a copy of your personal data.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: New Particle, Dark Particle and Nuclear Particle, billed monthly or annually as auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Bought on iPhone: manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device, or via the "Manage subscription" link in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Bought on the web: use the billing portal link in the app to update your card or cancel.
• Restore a purchase: on iPhone, open the account sheet and tap "Restore purchases".
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Market data

Prices and fundamentals are licensed from third-party providers and are shown for information only. Coverage and update frequency vary by market and instrument, and some data may be delayed. If a specific instrument looks wrong, email us the ticker and a screenshot — we investigate data issues quickly.

Particle AI

Particle AI answers questions using live market data and the documents you have saved to your vault, and cites its sources. AI output is generated content for information and analysis only. It is not investment advice, and it can be incomplete or wrong — always verify against primary sources before acting.
